But The Voice Australia winner Anja Nissen looks to have found another avenue for her creative talent, with the 18-year-old beauty looking stunning in a new modelling campaign.

The singing star is the new face of Lyla and Co clothing for discount retailer Big W, and shows off her fabulous figure in newly released shots advertising the range.

The blonde, who has no previous modelling experience, swaps her microphone for the summery threads and looks natural as she poses up a storm in a number of designs.

She flashes her taut tummy in one outfit that sees her team a patterned crop top with an A-line skater celebrity dresses.

Anja shows off the full length of her legs in another shot where she slips her hourglass curves into a tight-fitting tube blue prom dresses with racy cut-outs across the side.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Thursday, the reality television star said she understands the pressures facing girls and young women who mostly see models of just one body type.

'It is important for young girls to see [women of different shapes and sizes] because there are a lot of expectations [to look a certain way],' she said.

'I had that growing up and I thought I had to look a particular way but actually my body is meant to look the way it is because that's my body shape.

'Everyone has different shapes and it's just about embracing your figure and being happy and be confident in your own body.'

Reflecting on her own form she said: 'I'm happy with my body and I love being fit and eating healthy - it makes me feel good and I think that as long as you're healthy that's all that matters.'
